update: because of scheduling conflicts, i'm now proposing three new possible dates for the getaway, all of them in july instead of august. if this throws a wrench in anybody's summer plans, i'm super sorry for the change-up. hopefully we can figure out something that will work for everybody who wants to come.

i'm assuming a friday through sunday schedule, although given the distance we're proposing to travel, perhaps we should look at thursday night through sunday? or friday morning through monday morning? i'm completely fine with group consensus. power to the people.
lindsay found a deal for plane tickets on frontier for $95 round trip. we have to purchase them by april 12, though, so we probably better settle on a date ASAP. i'm assuming we'll agree on a flight and then purchase our tickets individually.
depending on how many plan to go, we'll also have to figure in costs for a rental car to get us to beaver creek.
oo-de-laly. it's going to be fun! whip out your calendars and let's figure this out.

and, i might add, those flights can leave at 7AM on a friday morning & depart Denver at 8PMish on sunday night. maximizing a friday-sunday weekend, which is what i could do. :)
excellent. leaving omaha @ 7 on a friday would get us to beaver creek before noon, so that would be awesome. probably the friday-sunday plan would be best for everyone?
