it's as bad as we thought. i looked at the  republic of couture website and yes, it's exactly what their window display shows. hoodies and embellished jeans. very "jersey shore." a tragic use of space and unsuited to midtown. h&m, where are you?

what's cool.

it's cool if you have your friend over for a few hours of chatting while the kids are playing. and if that friend wants to set up a little crib in your room for her young daughter, that's cool, too. and it doesn't matter if her daughter takes a nap or not because you're both enjoying the time to catch up on life. and it's even COOLER when your middle daughter opens the door to let your friends daughter come out of your bedroom.

wow. she got out of her make-shift crib all by herself? and she was walking around the house with a 3-pack of golden packaged condoms?! WHERE ON EARTH COULD SHE HAVE FOUND THOSE?! AHEM. UM. WHO WOULD KEEP SUCH A THING IN THEIR BEDSIDE TABLE?! GOLLY GOSH!
