skip to the lou...

ever have a cd playing, and it gets stuck in one spot, skipping, playing the same 7 seconds or so over and over... and NOT notice it!
i just noticed i have been listening to the same 7 seconds for near 30 minutes. it is a nice 7 seconds, i will say.

oh man. how many times have i listened to 'the jungle book' soundtrack on repeat before i'm humming it and realize - STOP the madness!!!
