So. I'm growing my hair out and currently hate it. Cheryl suggested scarves/bandanas/headwraps/doo-rags, since she tied them around her hair when she grew it out. Anybody have any ideas as to where I could find some cool/eclectic/stylish versions of these? I have a few of the cowboy-ish, standard bandana variety, but was thinking of something more fun. Taking your suggestions! My Princess-Diana-circa-1987 hairdo just isn't going to fly.

you should try searching etsy. I've not bought any from there, but I did a quick search and found some fun ones...
in the past i have been pleasantly surprised with the stuff I can find in the hair section and the accessory section at Target AND my mom was holding out on some pretty nice scarves when I asked her one day... back from the days long past of her long-long-hair.... might ask your mamma?
what's wrong with diana c. 1987?
there are always sooo many scarves to choose from at thrift stores too!
thanks, chicas!
the only thing wrong with diana c. 1987 is that it's on lindsay c. 2008.
although michael informed me that yesterday my hair was very ethan hawke c. reality bites.
long live the flop!
the 80s are so back, mama, you might just be riding the cutting edge of a hot new trend.
you should post a picture so we can all do our hair that way.
but you KNOW i totally feel the pain of growing out a short hair cut.
i was thinking of posting some pics to Flickr and calling it "the many hairstyles of Lindsay Young". today i'm wearing my army green hat. i call it, "Che Chic." :)
i did take some pics of my Diana hair last week, but i thought i looked so ridiculous that nobody should have to see them, and deleted them! ha. shoulda kept 'em.
i think that everyone posting photos of our many haircuts would be hilarious. start off lindsay!
