english muffins, any wayoatmeal with raisins, dried cranberries, dates & milktea, tons of teaHUMMUS! (namely, cucumber-dill & black olive)my mom sent us home with an insane amount of ham, and i have hard-boiled eggs coming out my ears, so i think i may just make a ton of egg salad & ham salad for sandwiches (another lunch favorite of Reese & mine!)

--great white northern beans for days (i accidentally dumped the entire 2 lb bag in to soak. we're eating them romanian style, mashed and topped with fried onions, bacon and a bit of tomato sauce mixed in)--hard boiled egg in pita--oatmeal--raw beets--indian food. i made nan for the first time this weekend...it wasn't a great success.

they do have the best texture. and last longer than those dang criossants i always buy and go bad before i can eat 'em all.lunch: leftover skillet spaghetti, mother's milk tea (not a great combo, i admit), Cadbury's cream egg (my easter FAVORITE!). key lime yogurt. that sounds really good...caron, these food posts are dangerous! um, maybe you need to post a recipe for the 7 layer bars...
