english muffins, any way oatmeal with raisins, dried cranberries, dates & milk tea, tons of tea HUMMUS! (namely, cucumber-dill & black olive)
my mom sent us home with an insane amount of ham, and i have hard-boiled eggs coming out my ears, so i think i may just make a ton of egg salad & ham salad for sandwiches (another lunch favorite of Reese & mine!)
peanut butter/jelly. honey wheat pretzels. water. water. water. strawberry miniwheats. cantaloupe. lemon cookies. and i can't wait to dig into the strawberries i just bought at walmart. 2 containers for $3.
--great white northern beans for days (i accidentally dumped the entire 2 lb bag in to soak. we're eating them romanian style, mashed and topped with fried onions, bacon and a bit of tomato sauce mixed in) --hard boiled egg in pita --oatmeal --raw beets --indian food. i made nan for the first time this weekend...it wasn't a great success.
cinnamon raisin english muffins pb and grape jelly sandwiches bowls of lucky charms or wheat chex oranges ritz with cream cheese & cold cuts hummus/pita (from katies's) mr. pibb, tea & water! and now, lots of leftover ham (for dinner roll mini-sandwiches) and corn casserole (mmmmmm!)
yogurt with museli yogurt with granola water and tea ham and cheese sandwiches pb & j soft boiled eggs with toast pears blueberries naked juice (red and blue machine ... mmmmm) raspberry sorbet
left-over spaghetti toast corn flakes water, water, water, water easter candy (sigh) & jimmy john's for lunch today with some old co-workers :-) (i heart jimmy john's)
