it's different when people are staying with you. there are always surprises. when will the attic door open? what will we do today? there's another adult to share moments with during the day. i love having company: the kind that leaves you refreshed & uplifted. so today, when i woke up & remembered that our guest had gone home, it was kind of sad & quiet.annie & i played mini-bowling for awhile. she kept making these odd sound effects that had nothing to do with bowling: boink! dink!
renae's post about office supplies reminded me that i had gift credit at office depot. so we went & got some new supplies. and when we got home, the neighbors were making some noise.
they must have known exactly what i needed.(ps: check it out: the red kid car steering wheel is even in the picture!)
