they came and took our couch yesterday. NFM is stupid. never buy anything there. defective. here's to you, most perfect and luxurious couch: you looked so nice. we loved you for a time. i read many books on your cushions. annabelle barfed on you twice. you added coolness to our home. and now, we have nowhere to sit.

what happened to the couch? it was too young to die of natural causes.
does this mean you have to get a THIRD one?
so there was a crack in the arm piece. they brought one replacement. crack. brought another one. crack. but you know what: they were delivering the couches turned on the side...so all of the couch weight was on the arm of the couch. duh! didn't anyone take physics? or have common sense?
